Summary[]
Doing some shopping at a market, Tatsu overhears a woman's name he's familiar with and finds an old rival named Torii Hibari works there. Tatsu confronts her and the two-note as to why the other is wearing an apron. Tatsu's inner monologue notes Torii's prowess and leads him to question as to why she's there. Taking a box of prepared food, Torii stops Tatsu and places a half-off sticker onto it and is then reproved by her manager for doing that. The two later talk with each other and Torii elaborates that since the clan head past away the clan has run into financial difficulties. As she explains this she knocks down several cans while trying to restock the shelves. Briskly, Tatsu restocks the shelves and when Torii does it again, Tatsu signals that he'll try again, but Torii stops him. Joined by two cohorts, Torii warns Tatsu that he shouldn't continue interfering. As a word of advice, Tatsu says that the can of tomato sauces should go with the pasta items. A jingle noise is heard and Torii and her men scurry to the checkout register. While checking out Tatsu's items, she inquires while noting the cost of each item if he thinks he truly left the Yakuza life behind him. Paying his total, Tatsu proudly claims that he's a full-time househusband, and when asked if he wants a bag, he claims he'll use his own. It's then noted that he was double-charged on something, so Torii forces her men to join her in begging forgiveness. Tatsu is refunded for the double-charge. However, he then realizes that he forgot his point card and hopes that he could get the points to that purchase transferred to his card. On the other hand, Torii isn't as benevolent as before and says he should bring his card next time if he wants the points.
