The head of the neighborhood association asks Tatsu to collect the monthly fees from all neighbors. Tatsu takes Masa with him and goes from house to house, but his appearances scares everyone and they pay in fear. They reach a house where some yakuza lives. As Tatsu demands the fees, the yakuza think he is messing with them and prepare for a fight thinking they are trying to push them around. Tatsu then states they can't push around the neighborhood association and states they had put the crow nets around the garbage cans, run the town festival and repaired the tulip bed in the park. The yakuza then rethink and decide to pay the 500 yen, but as they only have large banknotes, they ask Tatsu if he got change and he confirms.
