While being with the boss of the Woman Association, Tatsu speaks with a member of his former yakuza group. The man explains that the Boss's little girl have a birthday tomorrow and he doesn't know what to get her. As he only likes the Boss, last year when he gave her money, she bit him. Tatsu states it must be something from the heart and the women misunderstanding the situation propose he to sew something. They all get together and sew a little dress, making the women realize its for a dog and not a child. The next day, they surprise the Boss and Pinky, which make the Boss happy that his little girl has birthday. They give her the special present, and hearing its an outfit excites the Boss. While they call Pinky wanting to dress her in the outfit, she ignores them and heads to the women to eat a cake.
