Synopsis[]
Tatsu gets pulled into a rap battle, then enters a Halloween costume contest with Miku. Things get intense during a trip to a buffet restaurant.

Miku tells Tatsu that they should enter a "Halloween Costume Contest" in Katagi Shopping District where she explains that "first place is a trip" and "second place gets rice for a year". Hearing this makes Tatsu astonished at the thought of having "a year supply?!".
They later arrived at the shopping district where they meet Hibari Torii and Torajirou in the waiting room. The two legendary Yakuzas start to bicker with one another, but Hibari stops and scolds them that she "won't be cleaning up any of your messes." Tatsu, Hibari and Torajirou are determined to win the rice while Miku is "hoping for the vacation."
Soon, the contest starts and all the contestants are dressed up in their costumes where they are to show off what they can do:
- Entry #1 - The Torii Family are dressed up as a witch with a broom, a werewolf, a vampire (possibly Dracula) and Frankenstein and they are doing accounting.
- Entry #2 - Torajirou is dressed up as "a dying Yakuza" with bloodstains on his clothes and dripping down his forehead, sleeves from his jacket ripped off, bandages wrapped around his arms and chest, a gunshot wound on his right shoulder and three blades (two Shirasaya Wakizashi swords on his left shoulder and right leg; a broken blade (possibly from a Shirasaya Wakizashi sword or a katana) on his forehead) sticking out of him. However, he was disqualified and taken out of the contest, possibly because his costume was too gory (involving or showing violence and bloodshed) and looked real as if he was actually attacked.
- Entry #3 - Masa wears two plastic shopping bags; one on his head and another one tied in front of him. He was eventually skipped out of the contest.
- Entry #4 - Tatsu and Miku are dressed up as pumpkins and they bake "homemade frosted Pumpkin cookies."
- Entry #9 - Yuuko is dressed up as a bat.
The contest ends and the winner is revealed to be Entry #9, much to Miku's disappointment.
